Common answers about signing up, buying, selling, shipping, and support on KakoMarket
Click Sign Up, enter mobile number, name, and role (buyer, farmer, shipper, broker). After login your role dashboard opens.
Buyer (orders/cart), farmer (listings), shipper (transport), broker (customs/bids). Each role has its own dashboard.
Open Daily Market, add to cart, set address on map at checkout, place order. Track from buyer dashboard.
Wholesale usually requires a higher minimum quantity with a lower unit price. Each product shows its sale mode and the cart enforces it.
The cart is available only for buyers. Farmers, shippers, and brokers use their dashboards for listings, transport, or customs.
From the farmer dashboard choose New Product: title, price, unit, stock, photos, video, and location. After approval it appears in the market.
The home page has rooms (general, fruits, vegetables, export). Farmers go live; visitors watch video and logged-in users can chat.
Use Track cargo in the menu and enter the tracking code. Shipment status appears; active orders are also in your dashboard.
Some shipments use GPS devices so route appears on the map. After admin confirmation, live status updates.
Each user has a wallet; transactions show in the dashboard. Purchases deduct balance. Withdrawals follow platform finance rules.
Click language name or coin icon in the header. FAQ and page texts follow the selected language.
Brokers submit requests and bids. Buyer/seller accepts an offer. Budget, border, and status are tracked in dashboards.
Drivers complete onboarding (license, vehicle, documents). After admin review the account is approved for loading and transport jobs.
Seller or system creates a loading request. Qualified shippers bid and transport starts after selection.
Stories are short photo/video posts about products or farms on the home page. Users can like and comment.
On the login page request a one-time code to your mobile. OTP expires after a few minutes.
Submit the farmer registration form. KakoMarket team reviews it and activates the farmer account after approval.
Based on distance, weight, and platform shipping rules. Final amount is shown at checkout before payment.
Orders move through placed, processing, shipping, delivered, and completed stages. Each stage updates in buyer and seller dashboards.
Use the Support contact form or create a ticket with text/images after login.
Registration and browsing are free. You pay for products, shipping, customs, or services you choose.
Use search and filters in Daily Market. The home page also suggests popular products.
Use a strong password and OTP. Admin panel is separate from users. Financial transactions are logged and traceable.
Submit a withdrawal request from the finance section. After finance team review, funds go to your registered bank account.
No insults, spam, or unauthorized ads. Admins may remove messages. Use orders and tickets for formal deals.
Broker opens a customs request and submits price and timeline. The requester can accept the best bid.
Each account has one primary role chosen at signup. For another role register with a separate phone/email.
Edit from farmer dashboard. Set inactive status or zero stock to stop selling.
